When applied by a Select Waterproofing Conctractor, J-Cote Waterproofing System has a 20-Year Limited Warranty on a new construction foundation.

 

J-Cote Waterproofing System Components:

1. J-Cote Waterproofing Membrane

  • Spray applied polymer modified asphalt
  • Bridges foundation cracks
  • Stops water under hydrostatic pressure
  • Prevents water vapor transmission

 

2. FibR-Dri Protection Panel

  • Rigid fiberglass construction
  • Drains water to the drain tile
  • Protects the membrane from backfill damage
  • Insulates the basement
