DrainGuard Foundation Water Drainage Composite

Groundwater drainage around a foundation is a critical component in protecting a basement.  Applied Technologies' DrainGuard dimple boards consist of a cuspated dimple core with a geotextile filter fabric bonded to it. 

DrainGuard is applied over the foundation's waterproofing membrane and prior to backfilling.

DrainGuard 400 Drainage CompositeDrainGuard 400 Drainage Composite

DrainGuard 400 is a dimple board drainage composite.  It is a two part groundwater drainage material.  Dimpled high density polypropylene core with a non-woven geotextile filter fabric attached.  The non-woven filter fabric retains soil or sand particles, allowing water to pass to the drainage core.  The void allows groundwater to flow down vertically to the collection pipe.  Also protects waterproofing membranes from damage.

DrainGuard 700 is a heavy duty dimple board drainage composite.  The dimpled high density polypropylene core is attached to a woven polypropylene filter fabric.  The void formed allows water to flow to the groundwater collection system.  DrainGuard 700 also protects foundation waterproofing membranes from damage.
