MaxxGuard is an environmentally friendly product with no harmful solvents added.  Once cured the final product does not outgas into the homes basement area.

Being water-based also means that application by the DIYer is an easy process.  Simply roll the product on or use a brush.  Also, an airless sprayer can apply the product.
