For homeowners looking to fix their own leaking concrete foundation crack, this kit can repair 6-10 feet of basement crack. This kit uses the same crack repair materials that we provide to our professional customers, but in an easy to use cartridge that fits in a standard caulk gun. The urethane crack repair foam will fix a concrete crack leak. Included is a CD-Rom instructional video and everything you need except a caulk gun.

The urethane is a low viscosity liquid. That means it will flow into the tightest of cracks(down to hairline widths) to seal them and stop water leaks. The urethane foams and expands inside the basement crack to expand and prevent water from entering your basement. Once the urethane has cured, it is tightly bonded to the concrete and cannot be pushed out by groundwater.

Repair Process

1. View CD-Rom video included with the kit

2. Attach surface ports over the foundation crack using Surface Seal Epoxy

3. Cover the entire foundation crack with Crack Seal & Port Adhesive

4. Inject liquid polyurethane crack injection resin into the foundation crack with a caulk gun

5. Place plugs into the surface ports to keep polyurethane crack injection resin in the crack as the resin begins to foam.
